Here at Frodshams Solicitors, it is important to us to keep clients safe.

We receive many new enquiries from victims of domestic abuse, who are wanting our help but who have not contacted us prior because they have been afraid of their partner finding out.

In order to promote the safety of all clients who are victims of domestic abuse we have introduced a process to support you. When initially phoning our offices, or making contact, please use the safe word ‘Home’, this will inform our team that you are in an abusive relationship and therefore any call back and all future calls will be made from a withheld number. Should your partner check your phone, our number will not appear.  We will also be aware should you need to end a call abruptly and will await your call back.
