Proud to Support The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity For ‘Write a Will’ Month

We are delighted to participate in the ‘Write a Will’ month with The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. As part of this scheme, we have agreed to waive our usual fee for a basic single Will in return for donating to the Charity, either at the time of preparing the Will or as a Legacy.

Most people wrongly assume that if they die without a will, their closest family members will inherit their estate. In fact, if someone dies without a will, the intestacy rules (prescribed rules set out by the government) decide who inherits the estate. In a time where complex family structures are now the norm, it is more important than ever that people prepare wills to ensure that their wishes are fulfilled after their death.
