Rachel McMillan
Solicitor and Head of Conveyancing Department
Rachel is a Conveyancing Solicitor who completed her law degree at the University of Liverpool then the Legal Practice Course at Chester. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2009.
Rachel has practised Conveyancing in firms ranging from small local ones to larger national firms, from volume conveyancers to traditional high street firms.
This variety has led to her experience in a wide range of residential matters which makes her a better conveyancer, able to assist her clients in what is one of the biggest transactions in their lifetime.
She has experience of many different types of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, shared ownership, and new-build.
Rachel enjoys the continuing variety, which allows for her to increase her knowledge and experience in dealing with her client’s transactions in a thorough but efficient way.
In her spare time Rachel enjoys cooking and baking – but not so much cleaning the kitchen at the end! – along with spending time outdoors with her family and Springer Spaniel.
